Pricing
Priced on what it does, not on how big your list is.
Every paid plan takes 0% of your revenue. Bring your own sending provider and we stop counting your subscribers altogether — nobody else offers that, because sending margin is the business they are in.

The part nobody else does
Bring your own sending and your list size stops being the price.
Subscriber limits apply to sending we handle. Connect your own sending provider — Amazon SES, Postmark, Resend, SendGrid, Mailgun or your own mail server — and we stop counting your subscribers. Fair use applies to storage, not to list size.

Questions people ask
- Do you really take nothing?
- Nothing. Not on the first payment, not on the thousandth. Stripe's processing fees are Stripe's and always will be, but no share of your subscription revenue comes to us on any paid plan.
- What counts as 'my own sending provider'?
- An account you hold with Amazon SES, Postmark, Resend, SendGrid, Mailgun, or your own mail server. Newsletters go out through it, from your domain, under your sending reputation — and your subscriber count stops being metered here.
- Is 'unlimited' actually unlimited?
- For subscribers, yes. Storage and file uploads still carry plan limits, because those cost us regardless of who sends your email. We would rather meter the thing that actually costs us than the thing that does not.
- Can I move up or down?
- Any time, prorated. Downgrading keeps your content; it re-applies the lower plan's limits.
- What happens to my paying subscribers if I leave?
- They stay yours. They are customers of your Stripe account rather than ours, so the billing relationship goes with you. Export your content and members whenever you want.
