TribeTale sub-processors

TribeTale is provided by Codas Labs, LLC. To run TribeTale, we use the third-party service providers (“sub-processors”) below, which may process personal data that our customers put into TribeTale. Each is bound by a written agreement that requires it to protect that data and use it only to provide its service to us. We remain responsible for them under our Data Processing Addendum.

Customer support conversations are handled in Tore, Codas Labs' own support product, which uses the sub-processors listed at https://tore.ai/legal/subprocessors.
Getting notified of changes
We will update this page at least 30 days before a new sub-processor starts processing customer personal data. To be emailed when it changes, send “Subscribe — TribeTale sub-processors” to privacy@codaslabs.com from your account email. Customers may object to a new sub-processor as described in section 4 of our Data Processing Addendum.
